Hamna Kalim – Shipping Policy
Nationwide Delivery
Hamna Kalim offers nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
Orders received on Sundays or Pakistan’s national holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days (no delivery on Sundays). However, during busy shopping seasons or in case of high order volume, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
For new customers, Hamna Kalim may confirm the order through call, SMS, or WhatsApp from our Customer Service Representative before processing the order.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Hamna Kalim accepts unused, unworn, and unwashed items with original packaging within 15 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Customers are requested to mention the reason for returning the item when sending the product back.
The customer must return the merchandise through a traceable delivery service such as courier or registered post at their own expense.
Refunds will be processed through bank transfer and refund requests will be completed within 2–3 working days after receiving the returned product.
For replacement orders, a delivery charge of approximately Rs. 350 will apply to cover the courier cost for two-way delivery.
The customer should pack the item in the original packaging or similar packaging. Our rider will collect the old parcel and deliver the replacement parcel.
In rare cases, Hamna Kalim may process the refund based on the return tracking information without waiting for the product to arrive.
